After many years of thinking about no-till production, we have finally made the plunge.  We are no-tilling our pumpkin crop now. The machine above is really a strip till machine, but it still saves lots of time and labor.  I can see us using this machine for many different types of crops, especially late season when moisture is scarce.  We hope to use this quite a lot this late summer and fall. It won’t take the place of using black plastic but it will have it’s place.
