Easter freeze report
Wow, what a week it has been, a lot of worry and very little sleep. We had 5 consecutive nights of irrigation freeze control on the strawberries, and 2 more that were close. It will take both Jared and I at least as many days to return to a normal schedule. The strawberries came through just fine, in fact these pictures were taken today. There was some minor damage to the blueberries, and I think that the blackberries were not far enough along to sustain much damage, time will tell on them. I think that the strawberry crop is back ahead of schedule.(I will never understand this crop)
