20 degrees on the 19th

We began our frost protection season with a cold one. The temp dropped below freezing at about 10 pm on the 18th and we pumped water on the strawberry blooms until the next morning’s sunrise. You may not be able to tell in the pictures, but that is quite a bit of ice we made. Everything seemed to come through just fine!
